Property Values and House Sales on the Move

You can now access terranet through your mobile phone. Whether you want the house sales or property values of a house you are viewing, terranetMobile allows current, registered terranet Account or Credit Card users to access reports quickly while on the move.

You must have a WAP connection to access terranetMobile. If you have a WAP connection but are not sure how to use it, please refer to your phone manual.

All terranetMobile costs are the same, whether you access through your computer internet or mobile phone, and are charged to your terranet account. The only addition is the cost of your call. Your call charges for WAP access will be outlined by your mobile phone plan and are charged to your mobile phone account.

There are three property reports that can be accessed on terranetMobile:

  1. Valuation Report
  2. Sales and Valuation Report
  3. Title Report
  4. Nearby Sales Report

To use terranetMobile you will need to be signed up as a terranet customer. To register as a terranet customer please go to our website www.terranet.co.nz. It is not possible to register for terranet using the WAP service, you must register by standard internet.

Using terranetMobile

  1. Enter the following URL onto your WAP phone:
  2. http://www.terranet.co.nz and then press the go to or send command.

    The website will, in most cases, automatically detect your cell phone. In cases where it does not it will return, �Page not found�. Use the following address as an alternative URL:

  3. We encourage you to save this link into your phone as it will save your login name and password. This link will enable you to skip the login screen which enables you to do your searches a lot quicker.

    If Your Username or Your Password contains any spaces or special characters (e.g. & _ $ ? ,), please contact Terralink International to change the username and/or password. These sorts of characters can cause the login process to fail.

  6. Once you have dialled in, you will have the terranetMobile home page displayed. Select continue.

  8. Enter your terranet username and password then SUBMIT. Remember the login is case sensitive so if your user name has caps on the terranet service it will have caps on terranetMobile.

  10. Once you have logged in you will have see the search page.

    We recommend that you bookmark this screen on your cell phone. This means you will not have to enter your user name and password again every time you access terranetMobile.

  12. Now search the address, owner or property codes of the property you are interested in as normal.

    You can choose to refine your search with the pull down menus.

  14. A list of matches to your search will be displayed. Select an item to view available reports.

    Press next to scroll through the screens if you choice is not displayed on the first page.

  16. A list of possible reports and their prices will show. If certain report is not available for a property it will not be hyperlinked. Select the report you wish to view.

  18. Your report will be displayed. Scroll up or down to view the information. If you are interested in more properties you can go back to the search screen through the menu button at the bottom of the screen.

    A copy of your purchased report will also be emailed to the email address specified in your terranet account.



  19. Once you have accessed all the information you need just terminate the call to log off.
