The Home Valuer Report uses unique algorithms to reference multiple property criteria (including local comparable property sales, land and floor area, bedrooms, building type and an array of other criteria), to automatically estimate the value of any residential property.

 

Select from two reports that use the AVM technology:

1. The Home Valuer Detailed Report – The Home Valuer Detailed Report provides an estimated valuation of the residential property in a detailed report. This report also includes the detail on the comparable sales and a detailed property description.
2. Home Valuer Summary Report – the Home Valuer Summary Report provides an estimated valuation of the property in a summary format.
